General

  • After experimenting with various website platforms, I discovered that Squarespace offers one of the most compelling experiences for both designers and clients. Here are a few reasons why I've made Squarespace my platform of choice:

    • All-in-One Solution: Squarespace provides an all-inclusive package, offering hosting, domain management, blogging, e-commerce capabilities, email marketing, and more, all under one roof. Of course, if you wish to integrate third-party apps you have the flexibility to do so.

    • Design Capabilities: Squarespace is known for its clean and professional design aesthetics, and I like to leverage my knowledge in code to create beautiful layouts tailored to each project.

    • User-Friendly Interface: Squarespace stands out with its exceptionally user-friendly interface. It minimizes the learning curve, making it easy for clients and customers to navigate and manage their websites with ease.

    • 24/7 Customer Support: Squarespace's customer support team is known for its responsiveness and helpfulness, ensuring that any inquiries or issues are promptly addressed.

    • Free SSL Certificate: Squarespace also automatically includes SSL security in its plans.

    All of my websites are crafted using Squarespace 7.1 Fluid Engine.

  • While I’ve decided to move away from selling templates and shift my focus towards one-on-one client work, a template version is available upon request. Kindly reach out via my contact form.

Services and packages

  • Selecting the best package for your website will depend entirely on your website vision and needs. If you love a particular website design and don’t need any additional pages, features, or modifications to the layout, then the Essential Package is perfect for you. On the other hand, if you adore a particular website design and wish to include additional pages, features, or customisations to the layout, then the Signature Package would be ideal for you. If you’re unsure, please let me know and I’d be more than happy to guide you in the right direction.

  • To begin a website project, it is preferred that you provide at least:

    • high-quality logo

    • colour palette

    • font selection (including necessary font files)

    Other branding elements such as patterns & graphics are not required unless you’d like them on your website.

    The most important thing is that you love your branding! Because if you don’t love your branding, you won’t love your website. ♡

    If you don’t have existing branding yet, let me know in your Client Questionnaire and I can put together a simple colour palette and font combination that aligns with your site vision.

  • At the moment I do not offer image sourcing in my packages. I can however recommend places where you can source high-quality stock imagery. ♡

  • At the moment I do not offer copywriting services. I do however provide a Website Content Guide to help you with providing the required copy. You are also more than welcome to engage with a professional copywriter for our project (just let me know). ♡

  • Yes, in addition to purchasing one of my service packages, you will also be responsible for the additional costs below:

    • Ongoing Squarespace subscription (Business Plan at a minimum).

    • Ongoing Website domain (if you purchase a new domain through Squarespace you can get your first year free*)

    Other additional costs to consider (but not required unless applicable to you) may include:

    • Font / image license

    • Third-party integrations

    • Specific plugins

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure your place in my schedule. The remaining 50% is due before the final handover of your site. This deposit is non-refundable as it ensures I can dedicate focused time and energy to preparing your project from the very beginning. It also means I set aside this time exclusively for you, turning away other potential clients.
