Semi-Custom Website
The Semi-Custom Website package is perfect for you if you adore a website design from my Style Library and would like additional pages, features, and/or modifications to the layout. We can incorporate pages, sections, and features from any of my designs in the Style Library to create something unique to you. Plus I’ll replace the demo colours, fonts, images, copy, and logo with your content, ensuring a cohesive website that beautifully showcases your brand. Achieve a gorgeous website with a custom touch, all without the DIY challenges or the high cost of a fully-custom design.

In addition to the signature package, you will be responsible for purchasing/obtaining the below:

Your investment ranges between $2000 - $5900 AUD.

Payments are made in 2 instalments.

Enquiry
The enquiry phase is where I learn about your website vision, and you learn about my services and processes. I’ll send you my Services & Pricing Guide + Client Questionnaire, and if we’re a great match, we’ll smoothly transition to the Onboarding Phase. ♡

Onboarding
In this phase you will receive my thoughtfully crafted project Proposal + Service Agreement, and Invoice for the initial instalment. You will also receive my helpful Welcome Guide and an invitation to our Notion client portal. ♡

Pre-project
At the heart of every successful project is a strong foundation. That’s why I’ve created a Website Content Guide to help you prepare (e.g. images, copy, branding, etc.) All content will be due 1-2 weeks prior to our commencement date.

Strategy
Using the Client Questionnaire, Content Guide, and my own research, I’ll prepare a Mini Website Strategy Guide outling key insights about your brand, audience, & sitemap, as well as the visual style direction of your website.

Design & Build
Onto my favourite phase, the design & build! Here’s where I dive deep into the creation process. I’ll design & build your new website in Squarespace based on our strategy, your content, and chosen template.

Handover
The exciting final stages of our project, the Handover Phase! This is where we tie up our project together and ensure a seamless handover of your site. I’ll also provide you with helpful guides on how to navigate and maintain your new website! ♡
* Please note that the Strategy phase is only included in the Signature Package and not the Essential Package.

Selecting the best package for your website will depend entirely on your website vision and needs. If you love a particular website design and don’t need any additional pages, features, or modifications to the layout, then the Essential Package is perfect for you. On the other hand, if you adore a particular website design and wish to include additional pages, features, or customisations to the layout, then the Signature Package would be ideal for you. If you’re unsure, please let me know and I’d be more than happy to guide you in the right direction.

To begin a website project, it is preferred that you provide at least:
high-quality logo
colour palette
font selection (including necessary font files)
Other branding elements such as patterns & graphics are not required unless you’d like them on your website.
The most important thing is that you love your branding! Because if you don’t love your branding, you won’t love your website. ♡
If you don’t have existing branding yet, let me know in your Client Questionnaire and I can put together a simple colour palette and font combination that aligns with your site vision.

At the moment I do not offer image sourcing in my packages. I can however recommend places where you can source high-quality stock imagery. ♡

At the moment I do not offer copywriting services. I do however provide a Website Content Guide to help you with providing the required copy. You are also more than welcome to engage with a professional copywriter for our project (just let me know). ♡

Yes, in addition to purchasing one of my service packages, you will also be responsible for the additional costs below:
Ongoing Squarespace subscription (Business Plan at a minimum).
Ongoing Website domain (if you purchase a new domain through Squarespace you may be eligible to get your first year free pending Squarespace’s terms*)
Other additional costs to consider (but not required unless applicable to you) may include:
Font / image license
Third-party integrations
Specific plugins

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure your place in my schedule. The remaining 50% is due before the final handover of your site. This deposit is non-refundable as it ensures I can dedicate focused time and energy to preparing your project from the very beginning. It also means I set aside this time exclusively for you, turning away other potential clients.
